Usage: First heat 35g salad oil, then add 15g garlic granules, 10g ginger slices and 10g chopped green Chinese onion and stir-fry until fragrant. Next add 100g Crayfish Seasoning,500g fried crayfish in total and stir-fry evenly .After that, add 200g water and 200g beer,stir-fry until fragrant. When the soup is slightly less, it can be served on a plate.
